My Vision of Wine
For me, wine is about sharing, pleasure, and celebration. I value moderation — quality over quantity — and I communicate about wine in a way that’s clear, tangible, and enjoyable for everyone, without unnecessary expert jargon.
Wine reflects a year of work, the harmony of vineyard, soil, and climate. Tasting it is almost philosophical — stimulating not just the senses, but the mind.
When I share wine, I think of all those who contributed: vineyard workers, winemakers, and everyone behind the bottle. I’m fascinated by its almost alchemical nature — blending grapes from different plots or varieties, the magic of fermentation transforming juice into wine, and still wine into sparkling.
Wine is a magical, timeless drink, tied to history, humanity, and culture. It evolves with time, travels across generations, and invites us to savor and connect with both the present and the past.
Why Stories in the Glass
Stories in the Glass is a promise: to share the stories behind each glass of wine. Tasting is just the start — it’s also about the winemaker, the brand, the grape variety, and so much more.
It’s about enjoying a great glass while talking about history, science, and philosophy.
This is exactly what I do on Instagram, where the wine often serves as a pretext to share memories, insights, and anecdotes connected to this remarkable drink.

What Participants Learn
Grape Varieties
Most people know the classics: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Wine enthusiasts might add Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio. But there are thousands of lesser-known grapes, full of surprises. I’ll show diagrams, explain grape relationships — like how Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc gave birth to Cabernet Sauvignon — and taste wines from these grapes.
Food & Wine Pairing
“What wine goes with this dish?” is a common question. I’ll teach practical tips and simple diagrams to choose the right bottle. I can also advise the host in advance on which dishes to serve for perfect pairings — combining theory and practice.
Wine Vocabulary
Learn the essential terms to talk confidently about wine. Ever wondered what a tannin, sulfite, or wine “legs” are? I’ll explain all the key concepts in a clear, approachable way — no jargon, no intimidation.

What does a wine tasting with me look like ?
A wine tasting is more than just drinking wine, there are stories in a glass.
Every wine tasting is fully personalized.
The themes below are just a starting point. Whether you’re curious about a grape variety, a wine region you love (or plan to visit), or simply want to understand wine better I’m always happy to create a tailor-made experience just for you.
You can choose:
specific grape varieties a wine region or country a particular wine style (sparkling, rosé, reds, whites, etc.)
A typical tasting usually lasts 1.5 to 2 hours and includes 2–3 up to 6–8 carefully selected bottles, depending on the format and group size.
The wines are selected based on my recommendations. A few days before the tasting, I’ll send you a shopping list of bottles that can be easily found in a store near you — I take care of the selection, you simply handle the purchase.
No idea where to start? No problem — I have plenty of themes to choose from , with more than twenty different tasting experiences, all adaptable to your preferences.
A glimpse of what a wine class with me can be like :
Discover the grape variety
Together, we’ll explore and discover the world’s most important grape varieties, and learn how to recognize them through taste, aroma, and appearance.
We might start with:
3 white wines, such as Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay
3 red wines, such as Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec
From there, we can explore further — Syrah, Merlot, Zinfandel, Riesling, and many others.
The goal isn’t to test you, but to give you confidence. After this tasting, wine will no longer feel mysterious — and during a blind tasting, you’ll start recognizing grapes by instinct.
This experience is perfect for beginners and just as rewarding for curious wine lovers who want to go deeper.
Discover wines from the South
Some wines glass don’t just tell a story — they take you somewhere.
Have you ever explored wines from Argentina, Chile, or Brazil?
Together, we’ll travel through South America, exploring 4 countries and 6 wines — sparkling,
white, and red.
These wines often come from grape varieties that exist almost nowhere else, shaped by altitude, climate, and culture. Wines that truly express their origin.
No passport required — I already have the plane ticket. Let’s fly south together !
